Return Eligibility Window:
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
If a product arrives defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our support team promptly with:
- your order number,
- clear mobile phone photos of the product and packaging,
- a description of the issue,
- and the date and time the product was received and opened.
Claims will be reviewed under the applicable manufacturer warranty and supplier review process.
If approved, a replacement, repair instruction, or other remedy may be offered depending on the product type, supplier decision, and warranty terms.
Return shipping instructions will only be provided after the claim has been reviewed. Customers must not return items without written return authorization and instructions.
We reserve the right to request additional evidence where fraud, accidental damage after delivery, misuse, alteration, or false claims are suspected.
Items that are not defective on arrival, or claims submitted without sufficient evidence, may not qualify for a remedy.
